Delivery schedule
We aim to dispatch art orders within 10 working days via FedEx. As prints are personally signed, dispatch may take longer while the artist is travelling.
Taxes and custom duties
VAT is applied at checkout based on your location. Contact customer service if additional customs charges occur.
Copyright information
All gallery and shop material is copyrighted by Iryna Maier. Purchasing an artwork grants ownership of the physical item, not publication or distribution rights.
Availability
Availability may change. If an item is unavailable, the gallery will notify you and issue a full refund.
Delivery procedure
Ownership transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Report damage immediately by email for a refund or replacement.
Returns policy
You may return an artwork within seven working days after delivery. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility; refunds are issued after the artwork is received in acceptable condition.
